Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility

 • Item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

 • Item(s) must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

 • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

 • Sale or clearance items

 • Customized or personalized products

 • Gift cards or digital items

 

Process

 1. Contact us at nakhonik@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

 2. We will provide you with return instructions and shipping details.

 3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

 • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

 • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–15 business days.

 • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or replacement, please specify when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
